We offer Gift Wrapping to our customers. Gift wrapping can be purchased during the checkout process for an additional $4. The wrap that we offer is a simple rustic brown paper. We have a variety of bow colors to choose from, including bows made from twine. These options will be displayed upon checkout. OldAndNewShoppe will wrap gifts and send them to the address that you provide during checkout. We will be meticulous about making sure that the gift is wrapped as beautifully as possible, with all edges turned in and folded neatly. Each gift will be boxed in a new cardboard box so it will be delivered and look professionally shipped. We wrap and ship your purchase with the care that you would expect from other retail stores and shops

Yes, we will send a note or message with your purchase if it is intended as a gift. Please leave us a message when you order if you would like to have a note sent along with your purchase. There will be a "note from buyer" area where instructions can be left. We can either send along a handwritten note or use micro soft word to use a different font. If you forget to let us know about a note when ordering, please send a private message, via etsy, to our shop to let us know asap.

Yes, we can ship internationally. Most of our listings do not offer international shipments, but we can do that for you. Once you find a vintage look sign from our shop that you would like to purchase, please message us for shipping prices. If shipping cost is agreeable, we will change the listing for you and send a link so you are able to purchase. Please note that USPS only offers tracking information while the package is still within the continental United States. After it reaches customs and leaves the U.S., there will be no tracking . At that point, it will be the responsibility of the country that the purchase has been shipped to, to see that it arrives at your destination.

Yes we do offer a rush service.
If you need your order a.s.a.p. please let us know in advance of purchase to make sure delivery will be feasible within your time frame. We also offer a rush delivery fee that may have to be ordered to cover the extra shipping costs of a "rush service."
It is always a good idea to message us before purchasing one of our signs beforehand.

If you have forgotten to include the details for your sign/decor order in the 'Note to Seller' section, you can send me a message. The message will be referred to as a "Convo" via Etsy. Please let me know that you need to give me the details of the order, and I will make a note of it. The sooner you contact me regarding forgotten details, the better. Example: A monogram is ordered with no details regarding wood color or letter to be used. I will usually contact the buyer to double check that they wanted a duplicate of the listing photo (with the color and letter displayed) I would prefer that customers contact me as soon as they can to give details of their order if they forget during ordering.

Most of my listings have a 1-2 week time frame for completion of my rustic decor. After the 1-2 weeks offered for making and getting shipments ready, shipping times vary. OldAndNewShoppe is located in Minnesota. Example: Minneapolis to Los Angeles is approximately 4 business days. Minneapolis to Miami is approximately 3 business days. Minneapolis to Dallas is approximately 2-3 business days....
I usually use FedEx as my shipping courier, but at time I will use USPS. USPS is my preferred choice for continental U.S. orders that have a P.O. box, Canadian orders, and international orders. If you have a preference between the two please let me know beforehand.

No. Because the burlap is a fabric/textile, the signs should only be used indoors. If they will be used in a covered outdoor area, that may work as long as there is very low humidity and no chance of water coming into contact. Our signs are generally used as home interior decor.
